Photos of Carrie for Discover Taipei Magazine

Carrie is back in Taiwan! Happy Days! Here are some photos from earlier today, which are for a story on Taiwan’s fruit for the upcoming July issue of Discover Taipei magazine. Carrie just returned from a three month trip around the world where she visited Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos, Canada, and America. Wow! Today we had a good time catching up and Carrie shared some of her recent photography with me. She is very talented and took some amazing photographs of the Plain of Jars and throughout South East Asia. Moreover, Carrie has a very unique perspective on the world and is a very positive influence in my life.

    YAYYYYY PINEAPPLE! 🙂

Holy smokes you’re fast Jo Rees! I can’t believe we spent the whole afternoon together and you still managed to get these photos up. They’re fantastic. I had so much fun with you yesterday. You have a God-given talent for making people feel really comfortable in front of the camera. I was having way too much fun to feel self-concious. Thanks for all your help with my own photography yesterday. You’re wonderful Jo!

On a side note, I am so incredibly proud of everything you’ve accomplished. You blew me away with your Chinese yesterday. I hope we get the chance to practice again soon!

    Hi, Joanna,
Great photos! From looking these photos, I can sense the happiness and passion! Besides, I want to see it in Discovery Taipei and wonder where to get one.
How are your Chinese lessons? If you need any helps, I’m more than happy to help you!
These days, I’m busy preparing the public officials’ test, having some job interviews. Well, the only interesting thing I expect in everyday life is to learn swimming! Recently, I found out it was so much fun and assist me to forget all the worries. Wish you have a worry-free weekend!
