The super busy time

Photograph of the HsinChu High Speed Rail Station

Its that time again!  The super busy time.  No time for sleeping, eating, or color coordinating.  Exercise becomes a luxury and keeping in touch is a true accomplishment.

The past two months have been extremely busy and this week is extra tough because we have to work on Saturday.  In Taiwan if there is a day off in the week it will often be re-scheduled on Saturday.  The logic of this I don’t quite understand.  What makes the free day time off if you have to make it up later?

Nonetheless, the super busy time will end soon.  Probably in about a week once things simmer down a bit.  Wish me luck in surviving it all….

Best of luck Jo, even though I have no doubt you’ll get through everything and still have time to spare! The worst part will be over in a few days and then things will start to calm down for you again. Don’t forget to give us a call if you need help… you know we would if we were in your shoes. 😉 We have no plans and are more than happy to help you guys! By Sunday, you’ll have your travel time to yourself again. Happy Days are just around the corner Jo Rees!

This was a special race as it took place in my hometown of Vancouver, BC. I had wanted to run a Vancouver race for a while and it was an absolute pleasure to run through UBC, West Van, and Stanley Park for 13.10 miles. The course began at UBC’s Thunderbird Arena and ran along SW […]
