This is Joanna Rees’s blog
Her main site is situated at jorees.com.
Joanna Rees is focused on creating unique images for personal, commercial, or fine art use. After sharpening her skills as a club photographer Joanna is now focused on the Taiwan gallery scene and providing images for private clients.
Joanna’s life is divided into four main areas of focus: photography, being devoted to her loving husband, her PhD studies, and her teaching career.
Joanna is an experienced photographer who has worked in print and publishing for the past three years. Over time, she has worked for publications ranging from Montreal’s Voir magazine to Taiwan’s Discover Taipei Magazine. A dedicated workaholic, Joanna balances her photography with her work as an Assistant Professor at a Taipei County University and PhD studies in Art Education at National Taiwan Normal University. Joanna has a deep love of fashion and is interested in a variety of different aesthetic pursuits.
In her spare time Joanna enjoys weight training, and cardiovascular fitness. Eventually, she would like to teach photography in a post-secondary institution in Taiwan and encourage others to nurture their own art. Joanna would further like to develop a local organization for artist-teachers and promote professional networking within the Asian art educational community.
She discovered blogging through her husband and her maid of honor/ best friend Rachelle. (As well as through ‘Chelle’s hubby.)
