Carrie and John

Here are some photos of Carrie and John our friends from
Taipei.  Carrie is an old friend that I’ve known since 2000. 

 

She has lived in Asia for the past five years and inspired me to move to
Taiwan.  Needless to say I have a lot to learn from Carrie and feel very lucky to have her as a friend.  Ranjit thinks that Carrie is a good influence on me as she has a very relaxed, adventurous, and thoughtful perspective on life.  In addition she is very creative and is a talented jewelry designer, an amazing singer, and a very expressive writer. 

John has been very kind and welcoming towards us.  He gets along well with Ranjit and they have a shared love of motorbikes.  We are looking forward to our next visit with Carrie and John next weekend.  These photographs are from our first visit to
Taipei in October.
